How does our organization become a member?

     Any healthcare provider or other covered entity can become a WorkGroup member if there is an active WorkGroup in their area.  Listed below are the active WorkGroups.  Simply complete the following application and submit it, or contact us directly.  We will send you a confirmation and statement for the Membership Fee.  That's all that's required.

     Members of sponsoring associations may be entitled to substantial discounts.  Before applying, every organization should check with its association.  If your association isn't a sponsor, it might want to become one.  Click here for a list of sponsors.
